This was a special gaming project created in 2015 as a Fan Site for the MMORPG Lineage 2 Overview: This was a Fan Site I created for the online game Lineage 2 as it was one of my favourites back in the day. I wanted to make a very flashy site to harness my skills creating other kinds of sites but the usual Corporate/Application Dashboard ones. The Challenge: Along with the game server to play I needed to attract a lot of people to play the game so the site had to be as appealing as possible without overwhelming the user with unnecessary information. The Proposal & Final Product: For the Microsite I focused mostly in using the game assets, flashy screenshots, MP4 video headers, lots of art, and a UI resembling the UI in game so it gives an impression to the visitor that they are already into the game so they just need to register to start and play. The information is just a basic microsite explaining the features and functions within the game so contents wise the site is very simple and to the point. Technology wise this was created with jQuery, HTML5 and CSS3 very basic stack as no much else was really needed.
