1955年生まれ。香川県で生まれ東京で育つ。 1998年講談社出版文化賞さし絵賞受賞。 浅田次郎著「鉄道員（ぽっぽや）」、酒井順子著「負け犬の遠吠え」 英国のTaylors of Harrogateのコーヒーパッケージイラストレーション他英語圏の出版物などの仕事も手がける Hiroyuki Izutsu was born to 1955. He grew up in Tokyo.
