After working as a director in TV program production and at a U.S.-based video production company, I transitioned to a web venture specializing in ultra-short videos. As an executive officer, I led creative operations across media management and advertising production. I am currently engaged in DesignOps and facilitation within an in-house design organization. TV番組制作や米映像プロダクションにてディレクターとして携わった後、超短尺動画に特化したWEBベンチャー企業に転職。執行役員として、メディア運用・広告制作などクリエイティブ全般を指揮。現在はインハウスデザイン組織にて、オペレーション&サポートを行なっています。
