General Notes:
Despite her appearance of and bearing resemblance of being a smol-Haida, she's not the little sister. In fact, she's the big sister the group as both her and Iroquois were the first set of Tribal Class Destroyers that were constructed, followed by Haida and Huron.
Why does she appear young? Despite her contributions and accolades and honors, she has only seen service for 14 months; 5 months for repairs and 9 months were spent at sea. I attributed the time at sea and service with their physical appearance/ growth ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Cosmetic/ Clothing:
Initially I had designed her outfit to be the long navy overcoat in the same style as our favourite -kaze's (Amatsukaze/ Yukikaze), with the ribbons matching (what little references I was able to find at the time) of the RCN uniform.
She now sports a cropped jacket and skirt (with a belt and harness support around her upper torso and waist (instead of the overcoat previously). The jacket still includes the Athabaskan badge with the placement switched to her chest from the shoulder.
Her legs are equipped with an exo-skeleton frame and armor padding for movement/ support, due to when Athabaskan sustained a lot of mishaps and damage from bombs, gunfires, torpedoes and from being pounded by the heavy seas.
Armaments:
Not much to tell here. I went for a different style for their rather the usual gun cannons. Equipped is a Twin QF 4" Mk XVI Naval gun on a double barrel 1911 body. Equipped on the side is also a gun case for armament modifications or switching.
Unlike the other ships, I did not for whatever reason include ship rigging -- it was something I lacked references with at the time, though she would still bear similarities with Haida's design.
