The most valuable spirit is “To Integrate New Things While Being Eternal” inherited from prior generations. Since its foundation, the brewery has been brewing the best drops with the blessings of nature and its innovative challenges in order to meet the needs of the times. Green apple, peach, pear, melon, banana, coconut, almond, vanilla... Rice, water, and rice malt are the main ingredients of sake. But each sake exemplifies such a variety of aromas. And each sake contains a refined, fresh mouthfeel. I used to prefer sours and fruit wine. Thanks to Tenzan Sake Brewery's "Kesa Shibori", sake is one of my favorites now.
