Mami Osugi
Mami Osugi is a freelance fashion journalist, editor, and consultant based in Tokyo. She majored in Fashion Design and Fashion Journalism at Bunka Gakuen University and F.I.T. (the Fashion Institute of Technology). After graduating, she worked as a fashion reporter at WWD JAPAN for 9 years, covering fashion designers, bags, and shoes. During this time, she reported from fashion weeks in New York, London, Milan, Paris, and Tokyo. In 2019, Mami expanded her expertise to the femtech sector, publishing two femtech-focused issues in February 2020. In August 2021, she transitioned to freelance work, specializing in both fashion and femtech. Since 2022, Mami has been a part-time lecturer at Bunka Gakuen University. In 2023, she was appointed to the Tokyo Fashion Week Executive Committee and became a Femcare advisor for MUJI.
